Nutrition services are provided by a registered dietitian (or RD) who can offer comprehensive consultation on all of your nutritional and dietary needs. The training to be an RD is rigorous - having to hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a major course of study in dietetics and nutrition, having to complete a minimum 900-hour professional nutrition internship and pass a board certified exam. A registered dietitian is a medical professional certified by the American Dietetic Association, and is state licensed as an LDN.
