The days are becoming lighter and there is some hint of warmth and sunshine as spring is finally here.
During this change of season we are eager to be outside again, to become more physical and active.
As a Chiropractor it is a time when we see many 'spring injuries'.
This is often due to from being more sedentary for the winter months causing our bodies to become stiff. This leads us to be more susceptible to injuries.
